Hokkaido shio ramen in a Mitsuwa food court. Clean, salty, pork-bone broth with three thin chashu. The toroniku (pork cheek) upgrade is the move — it's melt-apart tender.
Hokkaido-born chain tucked inside the Mitsuwa Marketplace food court. The shio ramen is the move — clean pork bone broth with a salt tare and three thin chashu slices. The toroniku (pork cheek) bowl is the upgrade worth seeking out.

Food court vibes but the shio bowl is legit. Noodles are thin and standard; the broth and the toroniku are why you're here. Best ramen at the Sawtelle-adjacent Mitsuwa, hands down.
