One of the best tonkotsus in SD. Limited hours and a small shop so the line forms early. The spice level on the Ultra bowl has real kick — order medium if you want to taste the broth.

Worth the wait but the cash-only policy caught me off guard — ATM fees add up. Broth was the deepest I've had in Kearny Mesa. Ground pork topping was saltier than expected.
