Most people come for the nikutama udon but the shoyu ramen uses the same dashi base and it's a clean, chicken-and-pork double soup. Hand-cut noodles are the highlight.
Little Tokyo udon specialist that also runs a shoyu ramen built on the same dashi foundation. The nikutama udon gets the attention, but the ramen side uses hand-cut noodles and a clean chicken-and-pork double soup that's worth ordering.

Ramen was decent but the broth lacked the depth you'd expect from a shop that hand-cuts its noodles. Chashu was a little bland. I'd come for the udon next time, not the ramen.
