Same 20-hour tonkotsu as the Irvine flagship. Thick-cut chashu is the standout in the IE. Solid option when Da Ramen House is packed — bowl quality is consistent across the chain.

Reliable IE ramen — not the deepest tonkotsu I've had but consistent and the chashu is solid. Staff was friendly, no wait on a Wednesday night. Will be back when the craving hits.
